If your sound driver has somehow been removed, corrupted or become incompatible with Windows 10, you wonвЂ™t be able to hear any sound from your speakers.

Go to the Advanced tab, and in the Default Format section, select a different sample rate and bit depth, then click Test.В Repeat this process until you find a format that works, then click OK.В If you donвЂ™t find a format that works, proceed to Method 2 below.

To do this, click Speakers then Properties. If your Speakers are set as the default playback device, and youвЂ™re still not hearing any sound, you should experiment with different sound formats. To fix, just click them, click Set Default, then click OKВ and test whether you have sound. If your Speakers are NOT already set as the default, this is doubtless your problem. This indicates that your speakers are the default playback device.

In the Playback tab, ensure thereвЂ™s a green tick on Speakers.

Right-click the sound icon at the bottom right corner of your desktop and click Playback devices.

Check if your speaker or headphone has been muted by accident. If the audio device has been muted, you wonвЂ™t hear sound from it. If they work in another computer, the problem is probably caused by the cable. You can plug them to in another computer and see if they work in another computer. If you donвЂ™t hear sound from your external audio devices, like speakers and headphones, you can check if their cable is broken. Just start at the top of the list and work your way down. You donвЂ™t necessarily have to try them all. More importantly, itвЂ™s usually a pretty easy problem to resolve. So if youвЂ™re experiencing this problem, rest assured, youвЂ™re not alone. Particularly immediately after upgrading from a previous version of Windows. This app makes it too difficult to scan through the video while I am at work, if the app is working while I am at work.One of the most common problems with Windows 10 is no sound. I like to check on them and see what they are doing and if they are ok. For example I have dogs and they have access out a doggie door. There should be a better way for us to scan through the days video. The only way to do it would be watching it in fast forward or fast backwards and that takes too long.

With this app, trying to scroll through is nearly impossible as it skips too quickly. With Vivint, I could easily slide my finger along and watch everything in fast forward to go to a time I wanted to look at as well as easily scroll through the video just to brouse.

I had Vivint before and I regret changing. Also, they are not aa user friendly as I would prefer. When I am home, the cameras come up to view. For a couple months now I cannot view my cameras when I am away from home. The camera quality is very good but I am having tons of trouble with the app. This one doesnвЂ™t have person motion activated alerts so I have to pay for my three rings that I have on top of 3000 for this one Terrible option in my opinion for now The reason I got this system is because I did not want to have to pay for monthly storage of recordings.

Keep looking move past this system until they upgrade the software to at least marginally match Ring security system. For the amount of money the installers charge me, I couldвЂ™ve gotten 30 ring cameras with solar packs and called it a day even though I probably only need seven cameras. I would not recommend the system unless the software is updated so that it will send you chimes when there is a person, PERSON, not a net not a net that triggers a system to record. There is no other way other than to sit there and view 12 hours and double time so either way youвЂ™re spending sixHours. This system is the worst if you want to go back and review footage, if an incident has occurred. A security system is something you wannt to have, but not need.
